I help people with a treatment known as, colonics, colon hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation. It is a method of removing waste from the colon without the use of drugs or laxatives and a great treatment to incorporate along side creating a ‘healthier’ or ‘better lifestyle’. The key elements to this treatment are introducing warm water slowly into the colon at body temperature. The waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through natural peristaltic intestinal movement. This process is naturally repeated several times during the session. Your emotional brain and gut are directly connected, that “Gut Feeling”, and the colonic irrigation treatments facilitates the conscious connection. Colonic Irrigation has been performed for centuries. Hygienic infection prevention standards are very high, I worked for Public Health through Covid and promote the use of disposable kits in a calm clean environment. Along with a comprehensive safe holistic consultation the aim is to ensure you gain the most benefit.
