Yoga One to One Sessions

Yoga, often misinterpreted as a physical exercise system, works on all aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.  No experience in yoga is required for these sessions as they are very gentle and adapted to suit you personally.  Sessions incorporate gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation.

Yoga as a tool for life takes us from where we are – to where we want to be.

A really good therapy too for fibromyalgia, CFS, sleep issues and many other health issues.  And for people who do too much and are unable to switch off.

Meditation leads us to the rediscovery of our innate nature of peace and equanimity.

For trauma-related issues and stress and anxiety

These seated sessions are an opportunity to work with yoga nidra as a therapeutic tool to help with many issues, but especially helpful for trauma-related issues and stress and anxiety.   Gently taking awareness inwards, Nalini works with you to encourage things that need addressing to rise to the surface, for acknowledgement or healing.  The technique is simple, yet profound and gets to the heart of what we need, or what is holding us back, very quickly.   Healing results from this gentle and meditative therapy.

In addition, we touch the base of inner peace and calmness that is our essential nature.  From here we become adept at responding to life, rather than reacting.  Sessions invoke clarity and encourage change.  A sense of deep peace is usually experienced at the end of a session.

I hold sessions for natural stress and anxiety management, and can also support you through grief and change.

And though it may sound easy to do, most women find it extremely difficult to find time for themselves and are unable to relax.  This often results in a breakdown of physical or emotional well-being.  I can really empower you to into taking the self-care necessary for a balanced life.  

Combining holistic coaching and therapies, empowerment techniques, and the meditative heart of yoga, sessions are individually tailored for you.  As well as one to one session, I offer a range of classes, workshops and healing women’s circles.
