Menopause can often bring its own set of challenges and leave you at a loss as to how we can deal with them. Find holistic solutions that work for you and your life. Focus on the positive side for an empowered relationship with yourself.
When symptoms, including hot flushes, anxiety, exhaustion, sleep issues and emotions, become overwhelming, our bodies are asking us to slow down, listen, and make some necessary changes. Rest and good self-care are non-negotiable during this time, and we often need some help with that.
These sessions will really support you in making empowering decisions that encourage a greater sense of self, and a richer life experience. Menopause is our rite of passage – time to review, release and re-evaluate where we are and where we want to be.

Healing and integration of loss through miscarriage or termination of pregnancy
Acknowledging and healing birth trauma and hysterectomy
Safe, quiet space for acknowledging and integrating the difficult, and often underestimated loss of a pregnancy through either a miscarriage or a termination. The loss of the womb from hysterectomy is another trauma that is pushed away as unimportant, as too often, is birth trauma. All of these are common and the impact is hidden and overlooked.
When your experience goes unacknowledged, it can leave a deep wound within, causing sadness, stress and shame. It needs to be validated to be able to heal, and this rarely happens. Nalini offers a unique service for women to heal their womb stories, and her knowledge and experience promote a deep sense of safety and trust

And though it may sound easy to do, most women find it extremely difficult to find time for themselves and are unable to relax. This often results in a breakdown of physical or emotional well-being. I can really empower you to into taking the self-care necessary for a balanced life.
Combining holistic coaching and therapies, empowerment techniques, and the meditative heart of yoga, sessions are individually tailored for you. As well as one to one sessions, I offer a range of classes, workshops and healing women’s circles.
