Introduction to Mindfulness Worshop – Sunday 7th May 10.00-4.00pm

Introduction into Mindfulness will help reduce stress and anxiety levels, Allows you to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, enables you to feel happier and more relaxed, allows your mind to be more focused and positive, teaches you to live in the present moment and helps with more restful sleep.

£60.00 to Pre-book your place, due to the popularity of this course we cannot accept payment on the day. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Cheque at Fountain Therapies Reception which is open Monday to Friday 9.30-6.00 Saturdays 10.00-1.00. Payments must be made by Friday 3rd May.

(Please bring your own lunch, refreshments will be provided throughout the day)

Please note. We are unable to offer transfers or refunds less than two weeks before the start date of your course / workshop.
