Reiki is a system of hands-on healing, originating from Japan. Reiki means “Universal Life Energy”, which is vital energy within all living things. Reiki heals the body and mind thus balancing the spirit promoting healing on all levels. It can be practised anywhere and is a great adjunct to complement your existing therapy. During a Reiki Attunement class, you may discover things about yourself you never knew existed. Our Healing Room is ideal to practise Reiki Healing providing a quiet and conducive environment to work on each other.
It is a form of healing very similar to what we in the West understand as ‘Hand on Healing’ used in churches, hospices, healing centres and spiritualist churches.
It really is a very interesting course that everyone should learn to help make the world a better place. You can go on to do Reiki 2 (learning the symbols with Attunements), and possibly go on to become a Reiki Master. Comprehensive manual is provided. A certificate will be awarded.
Classes are small with a maximum of 4 people in each class as space is limited. Refreshments will be provided. For Lunch, there is a Tea Room at Sabrina’s Sweet Things, Nymans Gardens, or High Beeches Woodland & Gardens, and the Red Lion Restaurant.
